Washington Eagle Forum URGENT ACTION – HB 1531
One of the most treacherous bills this session is HB 1531 – an attempt by state democrats to extend their web of forced medical mandates/compliance on Washington citizens – even children!
This short but very dangerous bill adds a sinister section mandating that the response to communicable diseases be “guided by the best available science” using their “evidence-based measures to control the spread of such diseases, including immunizations and vaccines.”
The bill concludes by prohibiting ANY subdivision (local entity/local control) from prohibiting the implementation of their measures.
Then to show their good will towards the citizens of Washington, Democrats attached an emergency clause which causes this bill to become effective upon being passed and signed, and makes it exempt from repeal by citizens through referendum.
