
Cindy Honcoop
State Director
Cindy Honcoop serves as the State Director for Washington Eagle Forum, a national conservative grassroots organization founded by Phyllis Schlafly. Prior to her appointment by Mrs. Schlafly to this position in 2000 Cindy was an active leader in her local Eagle Forum chapter for many years.
From tracking legislation to citizen lobbying in Washington, DC and Olympia Washington Eagle Forums goal is to inspire grassroots action that advances the positive, conservative values of family, faith and freedom.
As State Director Cindy oversees the work of Washington Eagle Forum including its publications, membership, e- team, website, Facebook and Twitter.
She speaks extensively across Washington State to numerous conservative groups. Her passion is to engage citizens in the process of self-government at every level – local, state and national.
Cindy is frequently in Olympia during legislative sessions meeting with legislators, testifying at hearing, and networking with other conservative organizations.
In 1990 Cindy was named Washington Fulltime Homemaker, and has also received a prestigious Eagle Award from Phyllis Schlafly for her “dedicated work for God, family, country and eternal values".
In January of 2018 Cindy was elected to serve on the national Eagle Forum Board of Directors.
A native of Lynden, Washington, Cindy is married to husband Gary, and together they have four children and eight grandchildren.
