Washington State Presidential Primary

Tuesday, March 10, 2020 (All day)

Our States Presidential Primary will be held on March 10 – one week after Super Tuesday.

This is the only election in which Washington's voters are required to mark and sign party declarations written by the major political parties.

Every registered voter will receive a mailed ballot packet from the Secretary of State after February 21. The More eligible voters who participate, the more influence our state has in the nomination process.

March 10

  • Last day to register or update in person at a county elections office.
  • Mailed ballots must have a March 10 postmark to count.
